I was a graphic designer and looked forward to the boosts. However, it was getting a little old, and when the M1 Mini was announced, with promises of huge speed boosts and whatnot, I got really excited and jumped on it. Previous to this Mini, my computer was a 27" iMac from around 2015. I've had everything from a Mac Plus to a blue and white Pro to several versions of iMacs.
